Michael Lohan Fighting for Conservatorship Over Lindsay

After Jamie Spears‘trend, publicity hungry Michael Lohan was confirmed to have filed conservatorship for daughter Lindsay Lohan. Michael was spotted by the paparazzi on his meeting with attorney David Chon last Wednesday outside West Hollywood’s Pacific Design Center. According to a source, the two talked about Lindsay, who has just been admitted in a rehab facility in Orange County after being arrested and held in prison for drunk driving.
According to Michael, his main intention is to keep her ex-wife Dina and the business manager of Lindsay, Lou Taylor from taking care of all the affairs of the actress, saying that the two are only using Lindsay for their own benefits. The public is not easily fooled, however, having been known the dark past and anger of Lindsay towards her father. Michael also seems to be anticipating that the judge won’t easily sign up Lindsay over to him but he said he already has two other options to take over his position in case the results of his application turns out negatively.
Michael seems to have got his confidence out of Britney’s dad conservatorship approval. The case between the two in entirely different, however, because Britney has been proven to be really losing her head and her dad, Jamie, is actually a mild-mannered man who never once sought for the attention of the paparazzi or asked for money from her daughter. As for Michael, why don’t you judge yourself as to what the real intentions of this man are? 

Brad From “The Rachel Zoe Project” Split

Oh no! I must admit, I am a bit traumatized! Brad and Rachel Zoe from the Rachel Zoe Project have called its quits. If you have been following the show, you would know that Rachel recently lost another trusted employee, Taylor Jacobson. However, though some people were surprised, I don’t think anyone cared much. She (Taylor) was a bit of a spoiled brat…always complaining. I, for one, was glad to see her go. Well, back to the subject.
Brad has decided to leave, reportedly because he wants to spread his wings. He is looking to go out on his own and start his own business. Which is great. However, I can see Rachel being a bit upset, reportedly, she is heartbroken. She did give him a chance and handed over a huge amount of responsibility to him. He didn’t stay that long and is already bailing on her. That’s enough to make anyone peeved.
Brad also has the potential to a real competitor for Rachel in their rather small industry. He is really loveable and seems to know what he is doing most of the time, though his clothing pics, at times are a bit questionable. I do hope he is ready to work. He did complain a lot about Rachel’s hectic schedule. If he’s working on his own, he better get ready!
Even though the split was initially said to be amicable, there are some rumblings that Rachel isn’t too enthused about the attention Brad is getting. He just landed a front page article in the style section of the New York Times. Oh boy, get ready for the fur to fly!!!

Alleged White House Party Crashers Threaten To Sue

Tareq and Michaele Salahi are tired of being referred to as the ‘White House Party Crashers’ and now fighting mad! They are threatening to sue anyone that calls them that, including their ‘Housewives’ cast mates.
Lisa Bloom, Gloria Alfred’s daughter, is representing them. Taking her job seriously or perhaps attempting to benefit from the free press representing the Salahi’s provides, she fired off a rather short email to all of the couples in the cast, warning them that referring to her clients as the Party Crashers was an actionable offense.
This letter was sent out just in time for the season reunion show. I’m supposing that the duo doesn’t want to be embarrassed by anyone who dares bring up their alleged misdeeds. Bloom claims that the couple have been cleared of any allegations of crashing the White House Party via an investigation done by an independent investigator.
In addition to not accusing them of crashing the White House soiree, Bloom and the Salahis also wants everyone to refrain from stating or implying that they crashed the Black Caucus Dinner. Bloom calls both accusations not only false but defamatory. She goes on to threaten to sue the girls if they do.

‘Dog,’ The Bounty Hunter Hurt On The Job

‘Dog’ the Bounty Hunter was hospitalized yesterday after hurting himself during a bounty hunt. He was resportedly hurt significanly enough that he had to be transported to UCLA Medical Center, where has been overnight.
‘Dog’ was supposedly suffering from internal bleeding and a possible blood clot. Things are reportedly looking much better now and he is expected to make a full recovery.
Those individuals that watch the show, or who have ever, recognize the danger Chapman and his crew puts their self in day in and day out. They routinely chase down dangerous criminals who are extremely motivated not to be thrown back in jail.
Many of the fugitives run and fight in an effort to escape. It really is quite surprising that more injuries aren’t reported on the show.
Hopefully, ‘Dog,’ will make a full recovery. He is expected to. Chances are viewers of his show will be able to see what went down because I’m pretty sure that the cameras were rolling. If not, perhaps more details regarding how he was hurt will soon be released.

The ‘Miley Cyrus Show’ Debuts on SNL

OK, not really. There is no new Miley Cyrus show and certainly not one on SNL (Saturday Night Live) but there was a parody of one last night. It was actually pretty funny. Vanessa Bayer, a comedienne on the show, did a dead-on impersonation of the teen queen.
She acted out the ‘Myley Cyrus Show’ skit alongside Bryan Cranston and Paul Brittain. Cranston played Miley’s dad, Billy Ray Cyrus and Brittain, Johnny Depp.
In the skit ‘Cyrus’ was super confident, extremely energetic and pretty self-focused. She also used the phrase “pretty cool” a ton, which may turn out to be a new catch phrase, akin to Paris Hilton’s “That’s hot.”Bayer captured the accent, down-homeyness and gravel voice of the teen star Cyrus.
Paul Brittain, a newcomer to SNL, played Depp quite beautifully, so good in fact, that it was easy to get him confused with the mega star. Both of the comedians did a fine job and if this is any indication of their acting ability and comedic timing, they may end up doing pretty well on the show and even perhaps create some classic pieces.

Rumor has it that Lindsay Lohan is thinking about selling a few of her rehab pictures for fast cash. Because Lindsay’s problems have made it difficult for her to get work, she is feeling the pressure to generate money the best way that they can.
When Lindsay is able to work, she can command a premium amount of cash but at this point, much less money than she could if she sold her photos. Some believe that for the right types of photos, Lohan can fetch up to $100,000.

The attorney representing Dwyane Wade’s kids in his child-custody case wants the courts to force Wade’s ex-wife to undergo psychological testing.
The superstar basketball player is going through a bitter custody fight with his ex, Siohvaughn Wade.
Lester L. Barclay, the kid’s attorney, believes that Siohvaughn has violent tendencies and perhaps some mental problems. Barclay contends the aforementioned, based in part, on Dwayne’s ex-wife own testimony.
He has stated that she has shown evidence of extreme violence as well as murderous and suicidal inclinations.
Barclay would like the courts to force Siohvaughn to undergo a psychiatric evaluation. He has also recommended that the couple’s kids live with Dwayne Wade’s until custody is determined.

Chelsea Handler and 50 Cent…. A Couple?

Talk about an odd couple! Chelsea Handler, the late night hostess and 50 Cent the rapper/actor are supposedly hooking up, though neither are saying too much.
The “interesting” duo were spotted together at a bar in New Orleans where 50 sang a little ditty, perhaps in honor of Chelsea.
When asked by the paps (TMZ) directly about what’s up with the funny woman, the buff rapper surprisingly didn’t have much to say. He just smiled. I’m surprised since talking (rapping) is Fifty’s occupation. No word yet from Chelsea.
My take on the subject is this. Chelsea, you can do so much better then 50 Cent. Sure, he has a nice body and is moderately attractive but everything else seems a bit lacking. He also doesn’t seem to be the smartest guy around, but hey, to each it’s own.
Chelsea you are so funny and successful, don’t waste your time with Fifty! Find someone who has it together and who isn’t all about the drama. Going from the head honcho at E! to Fifty Cent, seems to me to be a bit of a downgrade!!

Chelsea Handler must have become aware of the rumors regarding her supposed “romance” with rapper 50 Cent, because she has finally decided to address the whispers and speculation.

She recently took to where else, Twitter, to dispel the rumors. She wrote “Everyone, calm down. I met with Mr. Cent about a potential project. There’s nothing to report yet, ill let you know if there is.”
Handler crafted this Tweet after pictures hit the web of her and 50 Cent sitting really close together in a New Orleans jazz bar over the weekend. She insists that the get- together was totally business related.
The uproar about the potential coupling is sort of warranted. The picture did look pretty suspect and when 50 Cent was asked about whether or not they were together, he was suspiciously coy and smiled a lot.
Neither party was forthcoming or saying much. I supposed Chelsea saw that things were getting out of control, so she decided to put a stop to it.
Well, for now, it looks like the story is a non-story. No relationship, no nothing as of yet. Handler promises to announce if or when something changes. So I guess that means that we all have to stay tuned.

You are probably well aware of rapper, T.I.’s most recent legal troubles. He, along with his new bride, ‘Tiny,’ were busted for drugs.
Their vehicle was pulled over while the duo was in Las Vegas and cops found some illicit substances. Both, were subsequently, jailed.
There wasn’t an incredible amount of drugs found in the car, which rules out a long sentence for distribution. However, the incident could prove especially damaging for T.I.
He just finished up a reduced sentence for attempting to purchase guns and fire-arm paraphernalia from undercover cops. He’s a felon, which makes the aforementioned a big no-no.
T.I. received a much lighter sentence then he could have. In fact, many people considered his sentence an extremely light one, considering the charges. Well, that big break could prove moot.
Because a drug charge would definitely mean that he violated his probation, he faces a pretty stiff jail sentence if his lawyer can’t get him out of this one. His hearing is scheduled for October 15th, which gives T.I. and his team less then 2 weeks to work out a successful strategy.

Rumor has it that Lindsay Lohan is thinking about selling a few of her rehab pictures for fast cash. Because Lindsay’s problems have made it difficult for her to get work, she is feeling the pressure to generate money the best way that they can.
When Lindsay is able to work, she can command a premium amount of cash but at this point, much less money than she could if she sold her photos. Some believe that for the right types of photos, Lohan can fetch up to $100,000.
Rehab and a celebrity lifestyle are costly to attain, not to mention attorney’s fees (it seems like Lindsay is always in court). If she has to support herself and her family, it’s understandable that the pressure might be getting to her, making selling photos of herself pretty tempting.

The attorney representing Dwyane Wade’s kids in his child-custody case wants the courts to force Wade’s ex-wife to undergo psychological testing.
The superstar basketball player is going through a bitter custody fight with his ex, Siohvaughn Wade.
Lester L. Barclay, the kid’s attorney, believes that Siohvaughn has violent tendencies and perhaps some mental problems. Barclay contends the aforementioned, based in part, on Dwayne’s ex-wife own testimony.
He has stated that she has shown evidence of extreme violence as well as murderous and suicidal inclinations.
Barclay would like the courts to force Siohvaughn to undergo a psychiatric evaluation. He has also recommended that the couple’s kids live with Dwayne Wade’s until custody is determined.

Herzog has also had some pretty serious legal troubles. He has been charged with two felonies, impersonated a cop (complete with handguns and bullets) and spent time in jail.
Mel Gibson (the baby daddy) seemed to already have had an inkling that something was awry. He had a restraining order placed on Herzog before all of this damaging info was leaked.
Oskana was alerted by Mel but was unmoved, at least initially. That has since changed. Since everything has come to the forefront, Oskana has changed her tune and has given Herzog the boot. Hopefully, he goes quietly and without any issues.

Kim Kardashian Gets Into Club Scuffle

Kim Kardashian and her sisters, plus Scott Disick (Kourtney’s boyfriend) were out partying in New York, when all heck broke use.
Kim was asked by a male fan to take a picture with her. She obliged. However, his girlfriend was none too pleased. She let the picture happen but she made Kimmie pay soon after. The girlfriend threw a drink at Kim.
Khloe, no surprise, jumped into the fray defending her sister. Scott got involved as well, again, no surprise. When Khloe got involved her wedding ring slipped off. If you guys watch the show at all, then you know how Khloe feels about her ring…she loves it!
Well she threw herself down and got down on all fours in an effort to find the ring. Once she retrieved it, the entire posse headed for the door.

Evidently, they were able to work things out well enough that everyone involved felt comfortable resuming the show. The three captains returning are Andy Hillstrand and Johnathan Hillstrand who are brothers and Sig Hansen.
The initial dispute was between the Hillstrand brothers and Disovery over the special yet-to-be released, “Hillstranded.” Though Hansen had nothing to do with the dispute, he quit the show in suppport of the siblings.
Apparently, all was made well, not only beause the brothers agreed to come back to the show but also because the telvision special in the midst of the dispute will be completed to the satisfaction of the Hillstrand brothers.
